Facebook Connector Error

For some reason, I can't get the pre-built Facebook insights page to connect to our page. I'm an admin on the Facebook page. Whenever I go through the process, it just gives me the "error connecting" message.

 

Any ideas on what might be going on here?

    The Facebook Advanced connector can pull in many of the insight metrics. There is a great Knowledge Base article about this connector in the help center: http://knowledge.domo.com?cid=facebookadvanced.
    There are some prerequisites necessary to use this connector. The first is your Facebook Username or Phone number. The second is your Facebook Password. If these are working outside of your Domo instance, you will need to make sure your Facebook account has the authorization to make API calls.
