View Unfiltered Data in Drill Path OR Sum All Data (including filtered) in card

Hi,

 

I have a card that I'm working on where I would *like* to filter by 'In Progress' but at the same time, would like to show 'Complete' only if 'In Progress' is greater than 0 for the specific column.  If I can't do that, I know I can filter for 'In Progress' but when I try to add a drill down card, the 'Complete' don't show back up. Any ideas on how to do either of these?
