Accesing Oracle database using VPN

Team,

My Oracle database is in a separate server, so we try to access it remotely using VPN. How can we access the same using this tool as its erroring out when Iam giving DB credentials. Also I dont have privileges to install DOMO in the server environment.

This is an urgent requirement. Appreciate your kind help on this.
