Has anyone found it necessary to create an administrator user?  The subject was mentioned in one or two Domopalooza 2018 sessions and I'd like to learn more.  There were maintenance issues/concerns with ownership of datasets, flows and cards when owners left the company or group.  Once a dataset/flow/card was productionized it was transferred to the "Administrator" user.

    I think this is kind of a work around for the upcoming "certified" card/dataset feature.  We do not currently follow this practice, but will probably implement the certified feature when it is available
