Beast Mode Calculation in Summary Number: Average Calculation
I wanted to create a summary number with a beats mode calculation that calculates the average time in queue of a customer. The best mode calculation just transforms the time in queue from miliseconds to hours.
Unfortunately I can't select the best mode calculation in the summary number.
Is there a way to do this?

Greetings!
Usually, a beast mode will not show up in your summary number drop-down if it is not aggregating. Could you please share with me your beast mode calculation?
Thanks,
Joanna

I've recognised the mistake. I've used the average function already in the beast mode calculation and then it worked.
Thanks ?
