HTML Color of text inside of beastmode calculation

Hello all,

I am trying to change the backcolor of the status column, here is the beastmode I am using :

 

the <br> work fine in this mode, but any other HTML that I use, turn out like this on the screen :

 

 

Can anyone give me guidance on what I am doing wrong? this is driving me crazy.

I'm fairly certain the calendar type card doesn't support html colors. The <br> will work in breaking your hover text, but the actual color options for the dates can only be set using the theme options and you can't change the color of the hover box to my knowledge.
