Google Analytics numbers do not match with those in Domo

Ideas about why the Google Analytics numbers do not match with my those in a Domo card?


I set a specific period of time and look at the number of session in my dashboard at Google Analytics. Then when I set the same period of time in a card in Domo, the numbers do not match. For example, the total number of sessions in Analytics displays 11,550, but in Domo I get a total count of 4,029.

    If you are seeing values which do not match those found within Google Analytics, then I would advise cross-referencing your Domo values with Google's 'Query Explorer' here:



    You can essentially re-create your Domo report within that, and check to see if values match. If values are still not reflecting as expected, then you will want to reach out to your Domo account team for further support.
