Data Labels vs. Hover Text

Is there any trick that I'm missing that allows us to always show data labels on cards vs. the use of hover text? How do we typically solve for customers that want to publish their cards with data labels on all chart values?

Hello, 

 

After you select Edit Card (the Wrench) you'll see chart properties and from there you can adjust the data label settings:

 

 

Select show to determine of you want to view the data label "on hover" or "always".

 

In the text field, you'll determine what is presented by using the following options that display:

I don't get the always option, what other option is there?
