Workbench 3 issues with automatic upload

I just imported all the files from workbench 2 to workbench 3 and am able to upload the data into DOMO successfully if I do it manually, but when it goes to update it as per the schedule, it isn't working. Does anyone else have this issue or know if I'm doing something wrong?

I Figured out the issue. I went to the services menu inside the server and changed the 'Log On' Properties for Domo Workbench  to log on through a specific account instead of through the Local System Account. Thanks for your help swyatt ?

Can you paste the error message? You should be able to find it in the workbench log. We began having problems with the transition to workbench 3 as well.

Lol most definitely. I personally have not seen this particular error and learning just as much as the next, but are you by chance using workbench through a remote desktop? If so, has there been any change in Windows Usernames or Passwords?

"Login failed for user 'NT AUTHORITY\ANONYMOUS LOGON'. ERROR [28000] [Microsoft][ODBC SQL Server Driver][SQL Server]Login failed for user 'NT AUTHORITY\ANONYMOUS LOGON'."

  • I'm accessing it through remote desktop. the server was setup with the user name and password about a week ago and I downloaded the workbench a couple days after that and started importing all the jobs from workbench 2.
