Pipeline Velocity - Troubleshooting
Why doesn't the count of "Total Opportunities" at the top of the app match the count in my CRM?
1. Check to make sure the exact same filtering logic has been applied in both the app and the source system.
2. Were the stages in your pipeline recently renamed? Most opportunity histories record the name of the stage at the time the pipeline movement originally occurred, and do not update when the stage names are renamed at the administrative level.
Because the Pipeline Velocity app shows stage-to-stage conversion for current pipeline stages only, opportunities without history records for current stages will not be represented.
If you are familiar with your opportunity history table, you can write a case statement in the Field Mapping webform that maps the old values to the new values.
