Connect DOMO to the ServiceNow
Hello everyone,
I faced an issue, when I try to connect to the ServiceNow, I see the error:
Failed to authenticate. Verify the credentials and try again. Domo is ready, but the credentials you entered are invalid. Verify your account credentials and try again.
Credentials are correct.
Also, we use OKTA service. Log in to the system occurs first to the OKTA, and afterward, the system is redirected to the ServiceNow. Need I configure some in OKTA?
Have anyone any documentation about this error?
