53-Week Years?

Hello,

 

We often use a 4-4-5 Retail Calendar.

 

We recently discovered Domo consistently shows 53-week years for 2015, 2016, and 2017. Meanwhile, our 4-4-5 calendar only shows 52 weeks for these periods.

 

Upon further review, we determined Domo reports the true retail week 1 as week 2, offsetting all subsequent weeks by 1 and resulting in 53-week years.

    What would also be the last week of 2015 is split into two separate weeks. 

     

    445 Week 52 of 2015:

    Start Date: 12/27/2015

    End Date: 01/02/2016

    I am running into a similar issue now. Has anyone found a solution to this?

     

    I've seen other solutions posted to modify Week1 of the new year to revert back to the last day of the last year to show as Week 52 or vise versa. However, this solution doesn't work when a user is given the ability to change the by date dimension in a chart.
