Commentary on a Card

At Domopalooza, I saw that a new/upcoming feature was the ability to draw on a card or add commentary to it.  Has this been released yet?  If so, where do I go to utilize this feature?

    This feature is coming soon but I am unable to share an exact date as of today. The Beta for this should be available in the next month or so. Please keep an eye on the release notes which are made available in our Help Center.
