Hover text percent of bar in grouped and stacked bar graph

Previously, a hover text percentage of %_PERCENT_OF_CATEGORY on a grouped and stacked bar graph would show the percentage of that bar. It is now showing the percent of the total. In the example, the left bar shows total orders, and the right bar shows green for orders that met a standard and red for those that don't. The hover now is showing 50% but previously would show 100%. If there were any values that did not meet our standards, their hover would now be calculated as a percentage of 712 (356 * 2) instead of just 356 as it would have previously. Is there a way to toggle that setting back to what it was?
