Drive adoption

What are some ways you have drove adoption of Domo?

One thing we have had success with is only making certain things available through Domo. That then forced everyone to use the tool to get that information.
Another thing would be to start some awards, both as badges within the tool and as tangible prizes.
Some things you could do:
- recognition of those who have logged in X number of times over a month (domo badge)
- recognition of those who are having buzz conversations (gift card?)
- run an office poll card about a lunch meeting place or afterwork hang out. Those using the tool to vote and show up, buy a round.
A quote from Niccolo Machiavelli sums up what we are doing nicely:
"It must be remembered that there is nothing more difficult to plan, more doubtful of success, nor more dangerous to manage than a new system. For the initiator has the enmity of all who would profit by the preservation of the old institution and merely lukewarm defenders in those who gain by the new ones."

@McSwag provided an excellent reply! This is a very broad topic with so many answers.
Adding @Kung-fu_Panda who is a very active user of Domo and Dojo. He is from your parent organization.
In the meantime, I will have someone post a white paper since there are numerous use cases to drive adoption.
Thanks!
