Salesforce Connector to create zero row data set if Salesforce object contains no records
Currently if a salesforce object has zero rows the connector fails to create a Domo dataset. If there is an ETL process that references this dataset (implemented via a sandbox process for example) then the ETL fails as the dataset is not present.
An alternative is that the outer join in the dataflow referencing the object defines its outer join functionality as object not present as well as no rows present, but I think a more 'best practice' solution is the first suggestion.
Add Dataset Column Description field to Domo Governance Datasets Connector
Having Column Descriptions available would ensure that we can provide the users with a dynamic data dictionary of dataset column names and column descriptions

Variable Control Title and Descriptions - Ability to Format Text
The current way that Variable controls show up on a dashboard are non-configurable. To add to this, they look completely different than the current Dropdown Selector Filter Cards.
My ask would be to allow formatting for the Variable Title and Description to be selected when Editing the Dashboard, with the following types of options:
Text Sizing
Formatting (bold, italics, underline)
Positioning of the text (top, bottom, right, left)
Positioning of the control (centered, right, left, top, bottom)
Following are examples of how Variable Controls look currently when combined with Filter Dropdown Selector Cards, note that it looks wrong, like the designer of the dashboard forgot to set all the text sizing correctly. Note also that the descriptions for the Variable control show up below the object, instead of below the title. Selecting only the Titles, only the Descriptions, or mixing both, you cannot get a consistent look and feel.
Autogenerate Filtered Page Deep Link
It'd be nice if it was able to automatically generate the pfilter deep link for the current existing filters applied to the page to more easily share the exact same page view for other users and to save time and difficulty if we're wanting to do deep linking from another card to this new page.

Single Series Legend for 100% Stacked Bar
An option that exists on standard stacked bar charts is a 'show single series legend'. This idea is simply adding that to 100% stacked bar charts or any other series type charts. The labels on these charts are still important to consumers to understand what series is at 100%.
Block tiles in Magic ETL to simplify complex dataflows
"Block Tiles" are larger tiles that contain a string of tiles inside. Block tiles could make large Magic ETLs (100+ tiles) easier to document, and much easier to read and understand.
These tiles would contain a group of tiles that have a single output tile (not an output dataset) to make for an easy way to connect block tiles to regular ones.
Benefits:
- Much easier time for new employees who need to understand what these ETLs are doing.
- Documentation of these ETLs could be mostly self-contained instead of needing to document elsewhere.
- Help existing engineers compartmentalize the origin of logic within an ETL, making for an easier and faster method of troubleshooting.
Here's a 4-minute video to help understand the impact this feature would have.
