Final Summary- DP 2024 Product Features
For the second year in a row, we created a one pager which shows all the features released and even discussed at Domopalooza. In the past it has sometimes been understandably hard to remember if what you saw was GA or a sneak or something else. So we strive to be transparent so you have one place to check and remember. Lots of exciting things released. Even more exciting things in Alpha and coming soon (including sneaks from main stage). We generally have tried to move away from marking anything as "premium" given different commercial terms for customers so please contact your account team with any question.
Thank you Domo community for an amazing couple days in Salt Lake. Talking to all of you is invaluable for our team and as I said once or twice on the main stage…"will help us build a better product for you!"

March 2024 Community Forum Highlights
March was an amazing (maybe even the best?) month for the Community! We got to meet with so many of you in person at Domopalooza. Community members had several opportunities to network as they attended breakout sessions, roundtables, concerts, and even Ski Day! Of course (with no bias 😉), the best part of the conference had to be the live Domo Demo Slam, where MarkSnodgrass was crowned victor!
If you missed Domopalooza or want to rewatch a session, they will soon be published in the Domopalooza Resource Library! That way you can experience all the amazing knowledge and insights shared during the conference.
Domopalooza wasn’t the only thing that made March a special month. We also saw some monumental achievements in the forum, so now it’s time to give you the recognition you deserve.
Leaderboard Top 3
First things first, we need to acknowledge our top three community members of the month. We are just as pleasantly surprised as you to see a new face placed at number one! @ArborRose came out of left field last month and flooded the forum with answers. He already impressed us when he became a community coach and CMM in the same month, but he still hasn’t let his foot off the gas! Joining ArborRose on the leaderboard are @GrantSmith and @MarkSnodgrass, who also deserve our heartfelt respect for showing up for our community. Thank you for your hard work and for answering the community’s questions.

Newest Coach
On top of having two new contributors join the community ranks, we also got a new coach last month. John Le, also known as the @DashboardDude, has done so much for our community over the years and has essentially been a coach in every way except in name—until now! Thank you, John, for your continued support. We truly feel spoiled to have you as a member of our community.
Community Member of the Month (CMM)
Our CMM for March is a seasoned Domo pro. To put it frankly, mere words can’t express just how important he is to our community. @MarkSnodgrass has been around the Community Forums for years. He has his own YouTube channel, @MarkOnDomo, dedicated to helping users learn how to use Domo. He frequently shows up on the leaderboard every month and is ranked number two on the all-time leaderboard with a whopping 11k points. This month, Mark answered _ questions with _ of them receiving best answer and as mentioned before, he won the live Domo Demo Slam at Domopalooza. It’s clear to see why Mark holds a big place in our community’s heart, so be sure to give him a big CONGRAGULATIONS in the comments below! He’s earned it.
Allow users to specify the color of Magic ETL tiles
This would be a small change that could help organize extremely busy dataflows. While you can currently change the color of the line
Beastmode Preview
When selecting "Validate" for a beastmode it would be nice to have a preview presented at the bottom of the window pane. Then you can see if it is behaving as intended with columns used in the beastmode next to the outcome to compare. It would also be nice to see a more in-depth error as to why it did not validate.

Smart text options
Currently, if we choose a date range that is Previous or Next the Smart Text shows the verbiage "Previous Month" versus the month name (September).
Can we have the option to show the month name? Or even better yet, can we allow a limited set of beast mode date functions to be used on the Smart Text?
i.e. - Card Title MONTHNAME(`Date Range`)

Build a Chart Type that resembles a Kanban Board
Kanban Boards are a popular way to to present / discuss information.
It would be nice if there was a Chart Template available that would allow us to easily create a report with data that looks like a Kanban Board (column parameter, text data to slot into the appropriate column to resemble cards, maybe the ability to use a parameter from the data to add color coding / indicators on each data item, etc.)
Looking for a solution other than a Grouped, List Report and OOB Domo Chart Templates don't seem to support this.

Build a "Meta Business Suite Connector"
The Instagram Connector can't find my company's data because it's managed in the Meta Business Suite. It would be more convenient if there was direct connector to link all of Meta's divisions Facebook, Instagram, etc. when managed this way.
Ability to Search ETLs
It would be great if we could search key phrases in ETLs. I have a field called "Item" and I want to see every tool in which the column "Item" is impacted. For example, if I search "Item" and it's included in a select columns tool or an add formula tools, those tools should be highlighted when I search the key word/phrase. This would make it a lot easier to edit and troubleshoot complex ETLs. Thanks!

Descriptions in PPT and PDF Outputs
Card descriptions are omitted in PDF and PPT outputs of Pages even when chosen in the display options. The PDF and PPT output should be as identical as possible to how the Page is displayed in the browser.
DP Feature Release preview
Hard to believe it is already almost Domopalooza week. We are pushing a ton of cool stuff next week (and some sneaks up our sleeves also)….Those hard core Domo dorks who are in Domo on a Friday afternoon may have noticed in product announcements that listed the features. Posting them here as well as I know they go away and then people want them back.
