Re: Facebook Ratings Connection
Hi @imelendez, it's odd that in the article [https://domohelp.domo.com/hc/en-us/articles/360043434413-Facebook-Advanced-Connector], it mentions the metric you are after but not which report it would sit under when you set up the connector. Have you tried 'Custom Insights' in Report and then searching the columns for "ratings"?

Re: Is it possible to create a graph with categorical levels?
Hi @ramoshe, for the graph you've selected, the x-axis needs to have some sort of measure field so perhaps it's better to represent that categorical levels information through another chart type (e.g. Pie chart), and the users can filter between the options based on your y-axis field.

Re: Request for Topics
Also agree with Domo Everywhere content, especially as it relates to companies who are whitelabeling or going to market with an integrated solution
Re: UI/UX changes implementation
I really don't enjoy the drop down arrow moving every time you try to click on it now either:
Re: Help With Beast Mode Calculation
@Goodeman - You should be able to get something like this to work, assuming you have the card sorted by agent name and event time:
round(TIME_TO_SEC(TIMEDIFF(lead(`EventTime`, 1) over (partition by `Agent Name` order by `EventTime` asc), `EventTime`))/3600, 1)
Workbench Extremely Slow (Can't Search / Open Jobs)
Hi Everyone,
I'm trying to open some jobs to review the queries (and potentially move them to Domo connectors and off WB) but I am stuck in a wheel of loading and there seems to be way no way out.. Is there anything I can do to see the jobs information without using WB? I believe this is due to our hardware being slow on the server we are running it on but.. I can't even search or open a job..! It's frustrating. My task manager is reading 14% CPU and 37% memory so it's not totally jammed up.
Is there a way I can view what jobs are currently running? I'm wondering if it's trying to run to many jobs at once and is jammed up. If so, I can try to optimize allowed amount of jobs running at the same time. If this is a solution, have others found an optimal allotment of jobs to run?
Thanks for any help. Here is an example of what I'm seeing (attached photo):
Re: Query in card building in DOMO.
I'm sorry i don't understand. @PRC whta does having data in BigQuery have to do with anything?
Just pull it into domo and transform it.
It doesn't matter if the data is mutually exclusive or not. You can have Sales Data and Budget Data, that information is mutually exclusive. To present the data in a card / table, you would UNION the datasets on common fields and then use the "Activity Type" to differentiate.
Do the same here.
For Transferred / Engaged, take the set of data that applies to Transferred and UNION it to the set of data that relates to Engaged and again differentiate the data on "Activity Type"
For Total Rows, again UNION the whole set of applicable data and set the Activity Type to "Total"
Don't worry about double-counting duplicate rows. You're using a CASE statement to differentiate between the different chunks of data.
Re: Release Notes - What Changed
HUGE fans of Domo here... but who even asked for this? I don't get how it is better. It isn't easier. It isn't clearer.
...it isn't the end of the world. But it is no small frustration I feel when using it now.
I'm guessing there was a reason, but for my team this is not helpful.
removing/modifying columns in charts has become difficult
Good afternoon,
Recently, when columns are in charts, instead of the "x" icon appearing over the column name, when hovering over it, to remove the column from the chart, we now have to click an arrow and then click "remove".
Since this change, myself and others in my organization have been having a very hard time removing columns and/or changing the column names and aggregation types. Sometimes I will click a column 15 times and the drop down menu to remove or re-name won't appear. It can take up to a minute of clicking to get it to work.
I am wondering if anyone else has been experiencing this. It is making card building very difficult.
Re: Timezones
You can use the CONVERT_TZ function to convert one timezone to another. You just pass in the field you're wanting to convert, the timezone the data is in and then the timezone you wish to convert to.
CONVERT_TZ(`Timestamp`, 'UTC', 'US/Central')
