Hi All, I am having an issue with a dataset. I am trying to extract an hourly occupancy from people's entry and exit dates and time. However, Views keeps converting the times from Eastern to UTC. I have checked, and my company's time zone is already set to Eastern. I'm not sure what to do from here. If I do an offset in a…
As a new customer setting up datasets, the time zone selector is just a poor UX. First off, the time zones aren't sorted any logical way. It would be nice if they were at least alphabetic. Type to search would be helpful. But my primary "idea" is to add functionality at the Admin level to limit the time zone selectors to a…
Hi all, using the following to calculate time differences between requested and actual drop off times: TIME_TO_SEC(TIMEDIFF(Actual Drop-off Time,Requested Drop-off Time)) / 60 Seems like the math isn't panning out (first column should be ~25 in the time difference column but instead is showing 1415.80). Haven't used the…
A colleague of my is uploading data currently in 24 hour time into workbench. But, DOMO unnecessarily converts it from UTC to EST when he tries to change it to 12 hour time. Is there a way for us to stop it from adjusting time that's already in the right time zone? Thanks! 🙇
First time poster!! Thanks for all the help you've contributed thus far Domo Community. I'm trying to create a year over year comparison graph with our locations on the X Axis, instead of the required time period on the x axis. The period over period comparisons are only available when Time is used on the x axis, so I…
I'm using sec_to_time(`SessionTime`) to convert an integer of seconds into a duration however when a SessionTime should end in a single digit amount of seconds say, 5 seconds "12:45:05" the beastmode field is displayed as "12:45:5." This creates an unnecessary period and shows an inconsistent format. The result should show…
Seems like date/time format always defaults to 12:00am. Is there anyway I can change this universally so that it always just defaults to 11:59pm when no time is specified in date/time format?
Hello 😊 I am trying to write a beast mode that will calculate the time difference in hours (sometimes over a multiple day period). For instance, if the start time is 4/1/24 at 1:00pm and the end time is 4/2/24 at 9:30am I would like the beast mode to calculate 20.5 hours. Any help is appreciated! Thanks!
Hi, I recently utilised the Week of Year function for a date column. I'm unsure if this is incrementing from 0, but the value for the 12th of Feb 2024 returns 6. I would expect it to return 7. . Can someone confirm if this is intended? It looks to use Sunday as the start of the week in this function. Best, Sam
I'm trying to make some companion comparison cards so that I can display, for example, on one card the top 10 PDFs downloaded last month this year versus another card with the same month last year. I have the data by month already, and I need to have this for each month, moving forward. Is there an easy way to set some…
