Card Alerts

I have a bar+line chart which is using 3 variables. I want to create alerts on all the individual variables for their weekly delta change of most recent week from its previous week. However, domo currently allows me to select an aggregation for all time and then compare delta change with aggregating the data for the new…

I am trying to set up an alert for a metric for delta change in numbers since its previous week. However, I do not see any such option to perform that. Domo doesnot allow me to use any individual metric, rather select a particular date of the metric(image attached) Note:I do not wish to perform any aggregations on overall…

We have an alert that was created by an admin but is needing to be managed by a user. In other words, we want the user to have ownership of the alert. Is there a way to change ownership of an alert to someone else? Thanks!

It would be greate to be able to set an alert on percent of change from the first value shown and the last value shown

With Gmail users, URLs included in the alert message are not converted to a hyperlink because Gmail uses <href> tag to identify if it is a link or not, while Outlook can identify the link with a <p> tag. For example if the message body is: "Product Titan costs for 2 customers spiked compared to their 30 day average.…

Whenevere we open any page, we should have a feature to create a popup card or pop up screen where we can add watchout/Lateste Updates/New things around etc; That popup should stay until user does not close it mannually or click anywhere on the DOMO Screen.

Is there any way to set an alert of a change in text? I have a table card that lists addresses (Street, City, Zip Code) and I need to be alerted if there is a change in one of those fields. When attempting to create a new alert, I receive the error "No alertable metrics found on this card. Please add a Summary Number or…

Hi, Just want to ask if anyone knows or explored what is the character SMS limit in DOMO Alert? Thank you

If a card's data exceeds the default number of rows, it displays a warning, "WARNING! Not all of the data is shown." It's now possible to use the Limit Rows field in the Analyzer to increase the number of rows a card can display from the default 25k, but if this manual limit is exceeded there is no longer a warning on the…

When a team member leaves our organization and is the owner of alerts, we need the ability to change ownership as well as create Co-owners.

Hello, Dataset alerts are triggered if a row is added, updated, or deleted. However, I'm looking to get alerts based on the data, even if the data hasn't changed. Here is the use case: All active projects are updated in a Domo dataset with a "Due Date" field Data import is set as "replace" instead of "append" even if there…

Right now, the alerts in Domo have very limited scheduling options. It would be incredibly useful to add more scheduling options, similar to DataSet/DataFlow run schedules. Quarterly would be nice, like last day of the quarter. And a certain number of days after trigger. Currently, the options are very limiting and they…

This is not available to customers, creating confusion.

I'm working on setting up some alerts, however i can only choose the card summary number to set the alert up on. I've watched the tutorials online and they show that you can set alerts up on multiple card variables. Does anyone know how i can set the alerts up on multiple variables for one card?

Is it possible to configure the Dataset to automatically add a "BATCH_LAST_RUN" column when updated via the API rather than doing it manually within the API program before the update is made? Thanks, Will

Hello, Does anyone have any ideas on if its possible to receive a text message on my phone when a workbench job fails? I get emails when jobs fail, but I don't keep Outlook notifications on my phone because my phone would just ding all day long. Too many times on a Monday morning I've discovered a job has been failing…

Hello, We have created an alert on the admin side and want to transfer ownership over to a user. Is there a way to change ownership of an alert? Thanks!

Early in my Domo learning, I turned on an email alert that triggers when a dataset fails to load. Now, weeks later, I want to turn it off, but I cannot find the setting for this particular alert, and documentation has not helped. (So I also no longer remember how to turn on these alerts). The alert reads: The DataSet <X>…

Has anyone had this error before? I was able to set up the alert on the card. Now it's saying this when I was going to edit it. I have a summary number. I have changed chart types. (I thought domo called them cards btw?) But still not working. I deleted an alert with a similar problem. Created a new card. Set up this…

We are all overwhelmed with email alerts on dataset failures, right? How often do you open the dataset only to find that it was a single random failure, and has since run successfully? I think it would help to have a setting where the dataset/dataflow failure alerts only trigger when there have been multiple consecutive…

As a simple example, a requirement to have devices updated to the latest operating system. By setting up the dataflow to flag records that don't meet the criteria, then send an email alert to the email address in the specified column. Rather than sending alerts to all people subscribed or that have access, or even all…

Hi, I'm trying to create an alert by comparing two values lies in two columns. Here is the example Date column A Column B Jan 7 88 90 I want to set up an alert , when Column A < Column B and the message should be coming as 'On Jan 7 , the Column A value was 88 and Column B value is 90' I have tried for different chart…

When attempting to add an alert to the output dataset of one of our dataflows we receive the below error message: We have added a Remove Duplicates step to the dataflow on the `Case Number` column just before the output dataset, however this message is still being received. We even compared the Count to the Distinct Count…
