Yes, I would create a column with this case statement in a formula tile:
CASE WHEN `Product`='c' then `Column with values you want to add` else 0 END
Then do a group-by tile that sums that column by ID.
Looking at @ArborRose's solution, it looks like you could do it all within the group-by tile using a partition formula for the aggregation, but those feel like dark-magic to me, so personally I think it would be worth breaking it into two simpler steps that I know I understand.

Can I schedule DomoStats jobs to run an advanced schedule, ie, every hour, etc.?
When connecting to DomoStats connector, I do not see the Advanced Schedule option in the Scheduling feature, only a Basic schedule; Daily, Monthly, etc.
I would like to schedule the domostats datasets to be refreshed more frequently.

According to the KB article, Form Owners and admin should be able to view all submissions.

Note: Users are the only ones who can edit their own previous submissions. Form owners and admins may view all submissions, but can only edit their own submissions.
If you are not finding that to be the case, I would open up a support ticket.
I would often create an ETL on the response dataset and pivot the data to a normalized structure and then build cards (including table cards) off that output dataset for executives and other to view submissions.
However, since the KB article says admins should be able to view all submissions, it is certainly worth a support ticket to make sure that functionality is working.

It's not possible to use only the data table in a card, however you can do quite a lot with table cards in terms of layout and formatting. Could you share what your data table on your line bar chart looks like and I can help suggest formatting to recreate the same look in a table card?

Update values on visuals based on a filter value calling an API and returning an API response
Hi,
So let me elaborate on my use case. I need to allow for real time updates being called from an ML model API to be shown within Domo - as per my understanding this would require the values on a certain KPI visual I have setup to be updated when I move sliders across another control which should call an API and return an API response which should in turn be reflected on the KPI. For the API call the values while only a single slider is moved there maybe other variables in the models also shown as sliders and the values of them at that point in time also need to be passed to the API.
Does anyone have any idea how I could achieve this ?

Re: Using RegEx to split a column at a delimeter
You can use a formula tile and the REGEXP_REPLACE function to get just the value of your match. There isn't a regex substring function so you essentially have to match the entire string and then replace it with your value:
REGEXP_REPLACE(`field`, '^(?:[^_]+).*$', '$1')
