Change Bar Colors based on another Column instead of a fixed value
As a user, I want to see a bar chart where the color of a bar is dependent on another value within my dataset. Example: I want the color of the bar to be Red if the Y-Value is greater than the value of Column XXX. I want the color of the bar to be Green if the Y-Value is less than the value of Column XXX.
Unfortunately, right now, all I see is an option to choose a color based on a hard coded value … not dynamic.
Card and Page Tags
It would great if Domo had label/tag functionality on cards and pages so that they can be more easily organized and navigated through. For example, it would be great to be able to tag all cards and pages with the name of the department they belong to. Another example would be tagging all cards and pages with the topic area they cover (Shipping/Receiving, Sales, etc.). If these tags were then searchable, it would significantly decrease confusion and navigation time. It would also improve the value of the DomoStats data to be able to see these breakdowns.
Sandbox - Promote tags
I would like the option to retain and remap tags applied to content when promoting from one environment to another in Sandbox.
The ideal solution would allow users to choose which tags to bring over and to remap them if necessary. For example, in the source instance, a dataset is tagged as "ABC," but I want it to be tagged as "DEF" in the destination instance; the dataset is also tagged "GHI," and I want to keep that tag as it is.

OR Filter Capabilities on Dashboards
Ability to define more customized filtering logic to define OR and AND in grouped ways across filters.
Drill Path Indicator
Displaying an icon or some sort of indicator next to a card title to indicate that a user can click on something on the card to drill for further detail would greatly improve the user experience on a dashboard. Currently, a user has no idea what will happen when clicking on a card in a dashboard as there are at least 4 different options that can be configured.
Also, the designer of the dashboard has no way to quickly look at a dashboard and know what will happen with each card on the dashboard unless they edit the dashboard and check the interaction of each card, which is a very tedious process.
A visual indicator would greatly help the user experience for both the users of the dashboard and the designers of the dashboard.
Dashboard & Card Date Range Filter Reflecting Local Time
I would like the option to configure the Date Filter on dashboards and cards to reflect local time without having to change the company time zone setting. The goal is for options like 'Today' in the dashboard or card filter to reflect the device's local time without all of the additional effects of changing the company time zone (i.e. shifting the data in visualizations).
Currently, the dashboard and card date filters are tied with the instance's Company Time Zone. So, if your instance is set to UTC and you are in Central Daylight Time zone, when you select 'Today' at 7pm on 11/01/2022 in the dashboard date filter, the instance will filter all of the cards to 11/02/2022.
The issue with using the company time zone to address this problem is that this issue still persists when you have users in multiple time zones and that the data shifts in the visualizations to that specific time zone while the raw data remains in the loaded time zone. This causes several issues when dealing with data from multiple time zones and severely affects the use of exporting the data and makes the platform less user friendly (especially when a large majority of reporting revolves around datetimestamps). For example, if you export a table that lists various datetimestamps when your instance is not in UTC, the values that are exported will not match the table you were viewing in Domo. If a user loads a spreadsheet into Domo with timestamps and makes a report, the visualization may not match what their raw data showed, leading to honest mistakes or confusion.
Adjust Column Widths in Pivot Tables
Currently, you can set column widths under "General" properties of a regular table, but not a pivot table. This doesn't allow us to maximize space on the page.
Add ORDER BY to GROUP_CONCAT Function in Magic ETL v2
Currently, Magic ETL v2 supports the aggregate function GROUP_CONCAT in its Group By tile. While clauses inside the GROUP_CONCAT function like DISTINCT and SEPARATOR are available, the ORDER BY clause doesn't work and causes the tile to fail. SQL DataFlows currently support using the GROUP_CONCAT function with the ORDER BY clause.
An example SQL statement would look like this:
GROUP_CONCAT(DISTINCT `Workshop` SEPARATOR ', ' ORDER BY `Workshop`)
Interestingly, the validate button inside the editor validates successfully when using the ORDER BY clause, but outside the SQL editor, the whole Group By tile will fail with the error "Syntax error in expression at character 48 on line 1: GROUP_CONCAT(DISTINCT `Workshop` SEPARATOR ', ' ORDER BY `Workshop`)", with character 48 being the beginning of the ORDER BY clause.
Because of the successful validation, I reached out to Domo Support first to see if this was just a bug and that the ORDER BY clause was supposed to work. They unfortunately confirmed that the ORDER BY clause inside the GROUP_CONCAT function is not supported in Magic ETL v2. They also offered the alternative to use the Rank & Window tile to order by the column before using the Group By tile. I was already aware of this alternative and have used it a number of times. While it works great in some situations where you only need to aggregate and order by one column, the ORDER BY clause inside the GROUP_CONCAT function would be extremely useful when needing to do this for multiple columns at the same time. Otherwise, you would have to split your data into each column, using the Rank & Window tile and Group By tile separately for each column, then join them together again, which is incredibly tedious and messy. And ordering a column before using GROUP_CONCAT is essential to filtering in Domo Cards, otherwise the same values would not combine. For example, the values of "New" and "Old" could be combined on one row as "New, Old" and on another row as "Old, New". This would cause a filter to have both values, and only filter to the rows of one of those selected, even though they are actually the same value, just ordered differently.

Text Box Display Options: Remove Scroll Bar
I would like the ability to not display the vertical scroll bar on a text box. Often times this appears even when all text is in view, even when deleting excess rows beneath the paragraph. When editing a dashboard it will disappear, but still re-appear after a refresh. I often spend a lot of time re-sizing tables and making them a bit larger than necessary to prevent this scroll bar from appearing. I try the best I can to condense text boxes to their smallest necessary size and having an option to hide this feature would be very helpful.
Dynamic Pivot
I love the functionality of dynamic unpivot for transforming my data vertically, I would love to see a similar functionality for adding columns
