Allow Deletion of pages for owners, not just in admin
Currently you have to be an admin to delete a page. I would like the ability for page owners to delete a page even if they are not admin. This could be assigned by role.

Allow Users To Show Time in Local Time
We have users around the world and we store our dates in UTC. But users would really like to view the UTC Date Time in there local preferred time zone. Currently we have to add a lot of beast modes and formulas inside of datasets to accomplish this. And we end up storing the data many times. And create cards to show the different time zones. Less than Ideal. If the card just would allow to adjust to local time zone it would save us a ton of time.

Scheduled Reports Update
I noticed that you can only schedule a report to go out weekly, daily, or monthly. It would be nice to customize this a bit more to include bi-weekly or even quarterly.

Restore Card Version
Currently only a picture of the prior version of a card is being stored and there's no way to easily recreate or restore a specific version of a card. It'd save a lot of time if there was a way to restore to a specific card version like there is with dataflows.

Filtering on Null Values
I have seen this question/idea opened and closed several times but I will submit again that a user being able to include or not include null values with a simple filter is important. I understand the ETL and beastmode workarounds but it is not scalable to have every request run through a limited data team just to find out which orders do not have an optional shipped date.

Table of contents on dashboard
On a dashboard, is there a way to create a table of contents showing what kind of sections or metrics are available here without having to scroll through the entire page? Not having to create a text box card at the top manually.
- when clicking on one item in the table of contents it automatically scrolls down to relevant section of the dashboard?
- or at very least the titles of the sections are linked to the table of contents so that if you change the title in the dashboard then it will also change at the top instead of having to change it twice?

Change Dashboard Background for a single section
I would like to be able to change the background to a different color (or image) to help highlight a specific section of a dashboard, or to help distinguish one section from another.
