Allow Deletion of pages for owners, not just in admin

Currently you have to be an admin to delete a page. I would like the ability for page owners to delete a page even if they are not admin. This could be assigned by role.

A dashboard owner (whether Admin or Editor) can delete their own pages from the pages list in Admin Settings.

    Hi, @Byboth - an editor-type user is able to delete their own dashboards by navigating to the Pages list in Admin Settings. Hope that works for you! Let us know if not.
