Summary % Changes in Cards
Hi there,
I'm looking to incorporate the colour-coded summary % changes number in a graph in my instance, like the first few cards in the Awareness or Consideration section of this dashboard [https://www.domo.com/dashboard/marketing]. I can't find a clear option in Analyser so was wondering I could please get some guidance around applying this chart property?
Cheers

Scale Abbreviation Where Art Thou!?
-On 'table' visualization, there's no scale abbreviation option, my KPI that has a 40 bazillion number has to show all the zeros it look bananas.
(actual screen shot of chart)
-On stacked bar / symbol charts, totals don't have scale abbreviation, but the rest of the chart does... So then my users ask why the total number looks different from all the other numbers and I tell them the truth.... the button to do that was abducted by aliens that are obsessed with summarizing numbers concisely.
-On 'Group and Stacked Bar' there is no way to display a total for each bars... but if there were a way to do that, then it would be super fly if I could yeet the number on the visual with a scale abbreviation button.
These are some elements that make my users sad panda, if the elements were added then I would have way less sad pandas in my life, they're large animals and take up a lot of space. What do I do about all these pandas? Call DOMO support, obviously, as one does.
Pop-Up Alerts/Messaging for All Users
I've heard from several Domo Admins across several Enterprise accounts that it would be very helpful to have an option to create and deploy banners or pop-up messages at user Login to alert all of their Domo users in their instance of any important announcements (very similar to the Pop-Up Messages received during new feature releases).
It's understood that global user messaging can be accomplished via Buzz, Card Alerts, or forced Home/Landing pages but allowing this pop-up notice/announcement or banner to easily and effectively update users could also be a good way to make Admin's jobs easier.
Thanks!
Re: Question related to case when formula in beast mode
Hi @ndldty, I would recommend splitting your `rating' field in the data set. Instead of relying more on the beast mode calculations, for example through a nested beast mode, you can utilise Magic ETL to make it easy to call those different ratings to then code your beast modes (whether for this case or for future ones). Have a read of this to split your data column: https://domohelp.domo.com/hc/en-us/articles/360044951294-New-Magic-ETL-Tiles-Pivot.

Freeze Total Row
Numerous times in Domo, I have needed to freeze the total row on a grid card but Domo lacks this functionality. Freezing the total row would allow users to compare the value of each individual row to the total. This is especially useful when monitoring percentages or ratios since it enables a very quick, easy comparison without looking elsewhere.
Need DomoStats connector to allow for quicker update times
The DomoStats connector only allows for updating datasets daily. Having update times as quick as every 15 minutes, etc would allow for more impactful reporting when building exception/alert reporting as well as trending analysis.
Add Dual SSO login Options on Domo Login Page
The Domo Support article 'Understanding and Configuring Domo SSO using SAML' clearly mentions that "Both SAML and OIDC Connect can run at the same time. This makes it easy to segment internal and external users". While OIDC could be configured successfully after SAML SSO at the back-end but it could be tested only by making OIDC as 'Default' for Sign-in. This is because the Domo Login Page presents only one option to do SSO 'SIGN IN' which could be either configured for SAML or OIDC at any given time at the front-end (it was already configured for SAML in our case). The other option of DSO has to continue.
However, to support the back-end successful configurations of dual SSO as per the article, there is a need to present two options of SSO 'SIGN IN' in the Domo Login Page at the front end also for SAML as well as OIDC along with existing DSO option.
