Re: At what stage should column renaming happen
I agree with both @Ashleigh and @GrantSmith . I prefer to change column names within the ETL. As a best practice, I will also then make a note on the output dataset to state the source and original name of that field by utilizing the Tags and Description fields when viewing the dataset
Re: How do I create this dual x-axis type of chart in Domo
It's a Trellis Chart. You can read more on those here: https://domohelp.domo.com/hc/en-us/articles/360043428713-Applying-DataSet-Columns-to-Your-Chart#6.
Re: Is there a way to track user reported card issues if you are not the card owner?
Look for the [Activity Log] dataset, I think it is in the DomoStats instead of the Governance Datasets (dont remember) .... once you find it, look for report and issue or something like that in the [Action] field
Re: At what stage should column renaming happen
I agree with everything that's been said already about editing column names in the ETL. An added benefit of renaming at the ETL step is that it makes it easier to set up page filters, since they rely on the name of the field. This is especially useful if you are using multiple datasets on the same dashboard.
Re: showing record with max date
There may be other ways to do this, but I would start by ranking the dates and then filtering the data to only include the max date for each ID.

Re: Data Interval Using Business Days In MagicETL
There's also a Domo Dimensions dataset that has a calendar and contains the more popular holidays as well as a weekend flag. You could use that dataset as a base and add/remove holidays as needed.
I recently set up a solution that would do a mini cartesian join (JOIN between start & End Date) to expand out the days between create/end dates and aggregate back down so you can then subtract the correct number of days after your datediff calculation

Re: Add Data that has been modified in the last 7 days
At first glance, that seems like it should work. What is the data type for ORDER_MODIFIED_TIME ?
I think you need to use the back tick ` instead of a double quote " as well.
Re: Is there a way to count totals of unique combos within a pivot?
I agree with @MichelleH . If you have a single shipment going to multiple customers and need to be able to show the value of that shipment at a customer level, then you will be double counting if you use the same data to view the data at a shipment level.
Is there a reason that this needs to be on a single dataset?
Re: Vertical Symbol + Grouped Bar chart Question
@ozarkram - Could you provide a sample of data? It would be helpful to understand the structure better and to troubleshoot with schema that matches your dataset.
Re: Is there a way to count totals of unique combos within a pivot?
@slesty If you want to see the the totals by shipment, then I recommend creating a separate output to your ETL to remove all customer-related fields and remove duplicates so have a single row per shipment. Then you would use that output for cards to aggregate the invoice amounts without double-counting, and use your original dataset for customer-specific reporting.
