I'd recommend reaching out to Support to help get an answer as their technical team would be able to shed some light on to which service is needed for installation

First, make sure that you are installing it form the Microsoft Appsource here:
Second, within PowerPoint, go to File → Options → General → Privacy settings and make sure "Enable optional connected experiences" is checked.

If you haven't done this already, you could create blank dashboards to act as "folders" to organize your dashboards.
Accounting (Parent Blank Dashboard)
Sub dashboards (with content)
HR (Parent Blank Dashboard)
Sub dashboards (with content)
Finance (Parent Blank Dashboard)
Sub dashboards (with content)
Marketing (Parent Blank Dashboard)
This has helped me stay organized and helps me find the dashboards I am looking for.

Closed Group Owner - grant to add/remove members?

DOMO knowledge says
Closed groups are considered "full accountability groups" in Domo and are designed to function as "anchor groups" for departments. Only group owners may invite new members to a closed group.
I tested this by adding a user as an owner however, they were unable to see anything in relation to managing the group.
Assuming that it is part of a grant under Users and Groups related to roles,
Edit groups? Create, edit and delete groups the person has been granted access to. Add and remove people from groups the person with the grant has access to.
Couldn't find any documentation about this. I really don't want the user to be able to create a group but add or remove, yes.
Anyone have knowledge/experience on this one?

It depends on the amount of data you're using in your joins and unions. There's a 60 second timeout that will cause it to not load a card when it's attempting to query a dataset so if you have too many columns or joins in your view it may cause a timeout and cause the card to fail to load.
Re: What are the row limitations of dataset views which we create using view explorer?
I have not heard of a row limit on dataset views. In fact, it is often used on larger datasets, so I wouldn't think there would be a limit. Are you getting an error that is telling you there is a limit?
