The Manage Dashboards section only applies to you. To create a dashboard order that applies to all users, you need to order them through the Admin section in Company Settings - Company Dashboard Settings.

You can try something like this to check if date is equal to 12 months ago and has 100 or more in revenue and the overall revenue is greater than 1000

You'll need to use the Domo Governance datasets for groups. https://domo-support.domo.com/s/article/360056318074?language=en_US The 'Users and Groups' report has all the fields you need!
