Re: Domo dependency (domo-java-sdk-all) issue
Hi @user017486, a 403 error comes about because users don't have access to the resource or the permissions were improperly set up by the owner of the web server and one is getting denied access when one really shouldn’t be. Perhaps there's some security level checks or version updates that can help with resolving the issue.
I would advise also to reach out to Support [support.domo.com] to have them look at it as well.

Re: Adding Missing dates between start and end date for each category
You are on the right track using the Domo Calendar. What you need to do is an Add Constant tile after each dataset and create a column such as JoinCol and assign a value of 1 to each. Then join the two datasets on that column, using a left join of the calendar so that you get all the dates. If you are just wanting the first day of each month from the calendar dataset, you can filter before the join to where day = 1.
Here's an example of what the ETL would look like.
Page Filters - Use a text value in "Contains" on filter and save as filter
Hi there,
I think this is a feature request.. but just asking a question in case I missed it..
When using a filter on card on a text field, you can use a contains "blah" as a condition. Great..
But then when you go to a Page filter, you can only select literal values (I know you can search and click "all" to get a similar result but it's not the same thing).
I would like to be able to do this in a page filter too..
Then save it as filter on whole Dashboard, then schedule a daily report to see if any Leads/Opp come in with a prog id containing "blah".
is there a hidden "feature switch", seems strange to have different fitlering functionality on a card vs a page?
if not, how do I log it as a "feature request" please?
Thanks, Duncan
Re: Admin question: New hire was added to Domo as "social" role, but not recognized as a user
I would delete and recreate to ensure they are created properly.
Re: Pivot card
@eriena You could create a beast mode so calculate the sum of pcs for each product to make sure that every product is visible in the table.
For example you can create a Beast Mode called "Apple":
sum(case when `Product` = 'apple' then `pcs` else 0 end)
And this Beast Mode called "Grapes":
sum(case when `Product` = 'grape' then `pcs` else 0 end)
That way, even if there is no data for grapes in February it will still show 0.
Re: Pivot card
Hi @eriena, just in case you haven't already, you can learn more about pivot table cards here: https://domohelp.domo.com/hc/en-us/articles/360043429473-Pivot-Table.
On ordering the product names, the default option is alphabetical order but using the other arrowheads across your columns, you can sort in any order you like.
As for having empty records show, try this chart property option and see if it displays all products when February is selected.

Re: Overview Page for Participants
The October 2021 release allows for setting user-specific landing pages. This KB articles explains it and may be helpful for you.
Re: Drill Path from same Dataset returns zero value
I think I understand what's going on now. The activity log doesn't tell you which card is part of which page.
Are you wanting to count a page view as a card view? Card Views are only counted when a user views the detail view of a card and not when it's displayed on a page.
If you're wanting to count just the card detail views in your drill path you'd need to combine the activity log and the cards + pages dataset together based on the card ID and the object ID and making sure to filter for only CARD types. Then you'd need to rename the Page Name field to the same name as the Activity log field for the page (Object_Name). This would then allow you to filter in the drill path on the same name and pull all card view activities to calculate.
Re: How do I aggregate a Beast Mode to a number rather than a case statement?
What aggregation is the field using? Click on the pencil icon next to the field in the card and choose Sum for aggregation.
