Re: Group columns without stacking data
i'm not sure if i understand what you're trying to accomplish.
it sounds like you're trying to create a sum across rows. that's easy with a formula or beast mode (col1+col2+col3+col4).
if you want to use the past n rows, you might look at using the LAG() function in the RANK and WINDOW tile. it's a google-able operation just google "Lag + window function" that might get you in the right place.

Re: How to calculate a ratio like 2:1
@robdmitchell Yes, use the ROUND() function on your division in the beast mode:
ROUND(SUM('U')/(SUM('N'),2)
Re: How to calculate a ratio like 2:1
@robdmitchell Also to build on what @MarkSnodgrass posted, if you have unusual ratios (216:81), then you could do the following:
CONCAT(SUM('UsedField')/SUM('NewField'),' : ','1')
This would always give you the number of used for one new.
Re: How to calculate a ratio like 2:1
You can use the formula tile and the concatenate function to build your ratio string like this:
CONCAT(`Usedfield`,':',`Newfield`)
This would build your string.
Re: Moving the position of DOMO page and subpages within the same page in DOMO
Hi @ozarkram check out this documentation on managing pages to see if this answers your question: https://domohelp.domo.com/hc/en-us/articles/360043428253-Managing-Pages
Re: Is there a way to create a static temp table in Beast Modes?
@adeshon Do you have a fiscal calendar enabled in your Domo instance? Your fiscal calendar is in essence the temp table you are describing, which can group and filter your data based on your own company calendar. Here is a KB article with more information: https://domohelp.domo.com/hc/en-us/articles/360042924254-Using-a-Fiscal-Calendar
Note that this only impacts card Date Ranges and filters, so beast mode date functions cannot see the fiscal calendar. You may need to map fiscal weeks/periods/years into your dataset using a dataflow or view to make beast mode comparisons.
Re: How to skip nulls in rank and window?
@elizab Are you able to rank the elementary test scores prior to joining to the rest of the schools so that the nulls are not included when ranking?
Re: Text unique values - only count for each option
Alternatively you could restructure your data so you have one record for each audience to allow you to count, filter and group by the different audience types easier.
Re: Text unique values - only count for each option
Having one audience per record. Something like:
C-Suite | 19 | Enterprise
VP | 19 | Enterprise
Director | 19 | Enterprise
You could utilize Magic ETL 2.0 formula tiles to use the SPLIT_PART function and grab each entry in your CSV list and then append each of those formula tile outputs to each other.
