Re: beastmode
@NIKKI Do you plan on having a single row per value of the Indicator Text field? If so you do not need to partition by that field in your card because your data will already be grouped by that field. Also, note that your denominator will always be 1 in this case based on your current formula. If that's not what you want, then you can remove the word DISTINCT from your formula to calculate the percentage based off the total number of rows.
Re: Calculate the number of Business Days in the current calendar year
@BonnieAnn If you are using MagicETL, there is actually a function in the Formula Tile that does this for you called DATE_WORKING_DIFF(). I'd suggest giving that a try to see if it works for you.
Re: Help with a nested Bar chart
If Invoices Keyed is actually your overall total, you could filter out that type by adding that field to your filter properties and choose Not In and then selected Invoices Keyed.

Re: Formula in Magic ETL
Hi @Manasi_Panov in order to compare values from different rows, you will need to first use LEAD function in a Rank & Window ETL tile ( ) to identify the values of Work Type and Order on the row above. Then you can use a CASE Statement in a Forumla tile like this:
case whenOrder=Next OrderandWG Combiis NULL thenWork TypeelseWG Combiend
Re: Dynamic Columns Brick - Aggregation Question
Hi, I'm new to DDX (started learning this morning) but it seems you can indicate the aggregation you want to use as part of the query. Here they talk about it in detail . But basically if you're using the Query notation, after adding your fields and group by, you can add each agregtion followed by the name of the field,like I've highlighted in bold below.
const query = `/data/v1/sales?fields=${select.join()}
&filter=${where.join()}
&groupby=${groupby.join()}
&sum=amount
&calendar=fiscal
`;
Hope this helps.
Re: Case Statement with Count Distinct
Yes, you'd need to utilize a group by function. You can either use a function in the group by or use a formula tile to put your CASE statement in and then do a distinct count with a group by tile.
Re: Case Statement with Count Distinct
Are you keying your admitted based off of STATUS or and ADMITDATE field?
What issues are you running into with your beast mode?
It looks like you're missing the trailing ) in your beast mode after the END.
