@Airbear This looks like something the Domo Support team would need to review. Can you please submit a support case by clicking the Support link in the top right corner? Please include links to the cards/dashboards where you are seeing filtering issues?

Hi Simona, There's 2 versions of the MySQL connector avaiable, MySQL and MySQL SSH. The Advanced Security account corresponds with a version of the MySQL connector that was deprecated. I'd suggest confirming if you are able to connect to your Google CloudSQL database using MySQL Workbench. The only requirements we have for…

Hi Randy, After taking a look at our Microsoft Dynamics Great Plains v2 Connector, it appears the Company Code is not a requirement. See: https://knowledge.domo.com/Connect/Connecting_to_Data_with_Connectors/Configuring_Each_Connector/Connectors_for_Finance/Microsoft_Dynamics_Great_Plains_v2_Connector The only…

Hi, The Dataset via Email connector currently does not support password protected Excel file. I'd suggest submitting Product Feedback from your Domo instance. Click the Domo drop-down menu > Select Feedback > Select Product Feedback. The Product Team will be sure to reach out to you directly. It appears the only way to a…

Hello, For trial versions of Domo, you would have to delete all datasets under a specific connector to allow the option to use a different connector. Unfortunately, there is not an option to deactivate a connector. I hope this answers your question. If you have additional questions I'd recommend using the chat option in…

Hi, Your calculation looks correct. I would suggest that your contact Domo Support to further take a look at the issue. If your `Time Out` and `Time In` fields are time data types then this should work. Please go to https://support.domo.com to submit a support ticket. Please provide them with a link to the card, dataset,…

Hi Anthony, I'm not aware if someone has created a script to export a dataset to xml. I do know that we have Dataset API that enables you to import data from any source as well as export to any destination. I'd suggest you take a look at our documentation at https://developer.domo.com/ , click on the Resources tab and…

We, currently, have an enhancement request submitted to our development team to implement better color options on Lat/Long Map charts. You can submit additional feedback from your Domo instance, by clicking on the Domo Settings icon (9 square icon) > Feedback. This will get back to our product team. Please let me know if…

Our development team is aware of this issue. PDP can be enabled on the parent datasets before they are brought into a Data Fusion. They are working to update the error messages to reflect this, so they do not contradict. Let me know if you have additional questions.

We are currently investigating. We will get back to you shortly.

Thank you for the suggestion which is a great idea! We currently do not have such an offering. Please visit the Dojo Ideas Exchange http://dojo.domo.com/t5/Ideas-Exchange-suggest-and-vote/idb-p/Ideas. You can search existing ideas and then vote for it if it matches what you have in mind. If you cannot find it, please…

Most of our dataset have the ability to set the scheduling of when a dataset will update. We have a few articles in our Knowledge Base that explain how to do this. http://knowledge.domo.com?cid=updatefrequency http://knowledge.domo.com?cid=connectordataset (See Scheduling Section) Let me know if you have additional…

Hi @PearceA, Thanks for contacting Domo Support. Your case number is: 02585349 This error is directly from SalesForce, they have a 500 limit for reports run synchronous requests per hour and a 1200 for asynchronous requests per hour. I believe this is for reports run outside of Domo as well. I can take a look at the…

Matthew, Thanks for the update! I didn't realize you were talking about workbench initially. Can you tell me where is your source data coming from? Are you able to create a transform within workbench that filters out those specific rows? If so this would the easiest route. Essentially, with an ETL you would simply filter…

@rado98 There is currently a bug in Workbench 4.0 where the job name updates correctly, but when the job runs the name will be reverted. This issue has been corrected with Workbench 4.5 beta. Your options are to upgrade to WB 4.5 or to create a brand new job in WB 4 with your desired name, then you would need to move your…

Matthew, If your dataset is doing a full replace instead of an append, then the only options are to re-upload the data or correct the one row within a dataflow. If you your dataset is appending, it's possible for us to delete the append and then the append could be replaced with the desired row changes. Thanks, Aaron Sperry

@rej Sorry for the delay in our response. Can you do the following? Create a new job of ODBC type, open the source tab, and wait for a few seconds. I would expect workbench to open the transport panel automatically. Could you verify if it opens automatically? Or if it gives you the same error? Thanks, Aaron Sperry Case:…
