Add api error handling option to basic scheduling for update fails

It would be great if there was the option to always retry when an api update fails in the basic scheduling UI instead of having to go into the advanced (both screenshots below). 
Because sometimes these api calls fail, it prevents the entire dataflow from processing because it waits for all api calls to be completed before running, which means that our dashboards and daily reports are wrong. So, I'm having to change all of these endpoints to advanced instead of being able to toggle on the retry configuration in the basic section.
