Could not authorize user

We are facing an issue .We authorize user 'A' to authorize but somehow password got change so we had to re-authorize it .

We have two accounts added to our workbench and both uses user 'A' to authorize .Unfortunately one account is failing to authorize plus the jobs keep spinning ,no new jobs can be created .

We have a support ticket created already but there is no help on that yet .

    When you see the message "live updates are not available" that indicates that the workbench application is open by multiple users in separate logins. The first thing to try is to have each user log into that Windows machine and close the workbench application, then have one person go and try and authorize (make sure to save in Workbench after authorizing). You can also use Windows Task Manager to kills the workbench process for each logged in user and then try and authorize. Finally, if you are on Windows Server 2012, there is a patch that needs to be installed. See this thread:
