@verytiredgirl You can delete a previous update from the History tab of the dataset. Navigate to the row associated with that upload, open the "Actions" menu on the right, and select "Delete this update". I believe you need to be the owner of the dataset for this option to be visible.
Re: Can I suppress a column on a card
In your values section, if you click on the pencil for the percent beast mode you put in there and then click on Total, you can click the checkbox that says hide total. This will hide the total values from appearing for that field. However, the column heading will still appear. I feel like the fact that the heading still appears is a bug, but I haven't submitted as a ticket to support yet.

I've discussed and diagnosed this issue in private messages with OP, but for any others who come across this issue in the future:
Federated DataSets, that is, DataSets that reside on external databases and which are not part of the Cloud Amplifier feature, are not supported as inputs to Magic ETL. We prevent you from selecting them directly as inputs, but they can still be used indirectly if they are wrapped in a View. Although the DataFlow will run, it must export the data from the external database first, and this process is subject to certain limitations. The export cannot take longer than 30 minutes, it cannot produce more than half a gigabyte in total output file size, and it cannot produce more than 1 million rows. These limitations are the reason that we try to prevent this class of DataSet from being used as Magic ETL inputs.

Drill Down Selector
Hello all I am new to using the drill down feature and I would like to know if there is a way to choose which drill down goes to if I click on a specific column.
I have 2 drill downs made for this card and want to be able to click on the Ageing Group column that takes me to the drill down for Ageing Group and same for Note Check

I found the solution for this as there were (Non-breaking Space, ASCII 160) and (Zero Width Space, Unicode U+200B) characters in the text. So, replacing those characters helped.
- ' ' (Non-breaking Space, ASCII 160)
Non-breaking space (' ') is a type of space that looks visually like a regular space but has a different Unicode value (ASCII 160).
It is often used in HTML or other formats to prevent text from breaking across lines, which can cause issues in your data when it's not cleaned properly.
In this case, ' ' represents the non-breaking space character. - '' (Zero Width Space, Unicode U+200B)
Zero-width space ('') is an invisible character that has no width. It’s often used in data formatting or when dealing with text that needs to appear connected but actually contains invisible boundaries.
The Unicode character U+200B is represented as '' (a zero-width space).
Solution:
REPLACE(REPLACE(Category, ' ', ''), '', '')

A little bit about Workflows: Workflows allow users to design and implement executable workflow processes using low code capabilities. This feature automates business logic to provide efficient solutions for all types of business processes. The Workflows product leverages capabilities from Code Engine, Work Queues, and Forms.
We’ve got four enhancements coming to Workflows this month!
- If you own a Workflow OR started a Workflow, you have the option to enable notification settings for Workflows. Notifications are sent by email or SMS containing the event message, instance status, instance ID, and a link to the execution details page.
- Workflows, Code Engine, and Forms now support account data types that can be used and referenced to enable both automated and manual steps to be configured within certain parameters.
- There’s a new sub-setting called Task Creator Access that has been added to Queues that allows you to see the tasks you’ve created when Assignee Security is enabled since previously you could not see those tasks.
- We’ve made some significant updates to our Code Engine Global Library to include user-friendly titles and descriptions, removal of deprecated legacy Domo packages, and example input and output data values for each global function.
@RyanDespain_77 is our Product Manager over Workflows and can chime in with additonal info and can answer any questons.
Please note these features are subject to change and could lead to a delay in its deployment for an unknown amount of time.

I apologize, there aren't currently any pre-built templates specifically designed for cohort analysis in Domo. It's definitely worth trying Domo Brick to address this use case. Domo Bricks allow you to build functionalities tailored to your specific use case, like custom visualizations for cohort analysis.
