Just to make sure we understand what the setup is, are you embedding this with the idea that users can input data into your app to update the data on the dashboard? Or are you attempting to allow users to input filter data to look at specific slices of your data?

@Stucker If they are both date fields, then we would need to set up the logic criteria to compare to the month and year of today's date. As it was written before, it would only count the X12_Month_Scheduled_Review__c field if the Session_Date_c field contains the words “THIS MONTH”. Here is how you can rewrite it:

count(case when MONTH(Session_Date_c) = MONTH(CURRENT_DATE()) and YEAR(Session_Date_c) = YEAR(CURRENT_DATE()) then X12_Month_Scheduled_Review__c end)

@Stucker Based on your description, you do not need the MOD() function. Will you see if the calculation works as expected when you remove it?

Re: Views of Federated Snowflake Datasets

Views like federated data sets are refreshed when they are accessed. They are not like a regular date of the days that which would update based on a time or other DataSet updating. This means that they only get updated when the data is requested as in when viewing a card built off of these data sets, you can’t create a view off of a federated dataset and have it get updated automatically.
