You could create a rank column using "Rank&Window" in MagicETL. Here's a dataset where I've ranked 4 products by month, then created a beastmode for "Top 3" or "Everyone Else":
Here it is filtered for Top 3:
In a dashboard setting, you could create a slicer with that BeastMode, and filter the slicer for just "Top 20", so it's more of a binary. Clicked on for just the top 20, clicked off for un-filtered.
Once you have the rank column, you could also use it for a Variable:

@elvira_bannon slight correction to my initial beast mode. The first line needs to change so that we are just looking to see if the current date is the first day of the month.

@Laura_M1 Yes, you can add as many conditions as you want as long as each one is preceded by "WHEN" like this:
case when A then B when XYZ then 123 when blue then red … else 'Other' end

Depending on your prediction model it can be fairly compute-intensive so I typically leave this to a MagicETL to do the heavy lifting for me. Doing a self-service type model isn't really supported unless you're doing a very simplistic algorithm for your model. When doing it at the card level the Adrenaline layer isn't designed for computationally intensive jobs as it'll cause the page to become unresponsive.
Re: Removing duplicates
Using the remove duplicates tile in magic etl you can choose what fields make a row unique. So in your case you would select just ID and Name to search for the duplicates.
EDIT: I re-read your question and the above solution would not get you what you are looking for. You would need to self join the data with itself so that the data can be compared to itself row by row. This will temporarili yexplode your data but hen you can filter it down before the final output.

UPDATE: I haven't received a response from the support team yet (after a week) but I found out that if I decrease the number of campaigns by brand and only taking one month of data, and trying several times to update the data, I can finally have information by brand, by month (it takes almost 3 or 4 times trying to update). I think that Facebook has some kind of new limit on the API because before I was able to download the whole year's information with the same connector for all the brands, campaigns, and months. A little help from DOMO could improve the experience, maybe a better way to select which campaigns to load by a filtered view.
