You may be running into issues because of aggregation within a case statement. You can also try the formula below to bypass the case statement.

avg(AVG(ifnull(`Chat Duration`,`Call Duration`)) FIXED (BY ifnull(`Chat ID`,`Call ID`)))

@JordanJensen Those jobs all look correct to me.

The security aspect is a fair note. I think in this regard, the key word is View. I would think that in the view as experience, you would have READ access to cards and dashboards, no create update or delete privileges as the other user. Possibly a blend of restrictions could be considered where the MOST restrictive of the two users policies would take effect. I think this would be a Superuser / Instance Admin type of grant to be able to use such a tool.

I think in my experience as Majordomo, I was looking for what falls under the User Experience bullets.

I have found a little success in creating a 'Contact' in Outlook for the Domo email addresses. My company doesnt really allow for 'sharing' the contact that I create, so its usefulness does not extend very far. But perhaps another org would allow for sharing/others to use that Contact you create, along with whatever name you want to give it.
