Follower Count, Post count for Social connectors

Hi all,

I have been having issues with finding how to get follower counts and posts by month through the connectors in DOMO, specifically for Facebook, Instagram, Twitter (X), and LinkedIn. Right now we are filling out a Google Sheet that looks like the picture below. I have been looking for the right connector with the right settings, mainly for follower count and post count. Anyone have an answer to what connector and what settings to use for these platforms?

I inquired about a similar functionality. I wanted to give users a note taking ability - related to the Domo card. When a specific filter was applied, the user would see the notes written about that selected person or criteria. We had a work session for Domo to show me an example like Colemen's description but they weren't able to make it work properly.

In my case, the dashboard displays a person's demographic profile and productivity data related to the person filter (from our Domo data). I wanted custom notes on the card.

You could do this a couple of ways. You could talk to your CSM about inline editor. You could embed some kind of form: Smartsheet form, Microsoft form, Google form, etc… on the dashboard next to the card using a DDX brick and iframe. There are also DDX bricks that allow for inputs. For each of these options, aside from inline editor, you will need 2 cards side by side.

@leaflove if you don't want to create a new field you could also do the same thing in your ETL. Using the formula tile just do ifnull(`Brand`, 'Blank') and then you can filter on Blank.

Domo can’t recognize a filter to show null records. The easiest thing to do is create a new field with a beastmode that is something like this:

CASE WHEN Brand IS NOT NULL THEN Brand ELSE ‘null’ END

Null values will then be replaced with the word Null and you can apply the filter as you would normally.

you could also use IFNULL() or COALESCE() functions to accomplish the same thing.
