it's working ! Thank you
Re: Make the Flex Table the GOAT chart
One additional change that could be done on the Flex table is this:
Allow to reverse the colour direction for each field individually, because now you can only reverse the colour direction for the whole table at once. For example if you have revenue and cost in one flex table, one should be green as it increase and the other should be red, which is not supported currently in the flex tables.
Re: Y axis categories not interacting on dashboard
For the first part of your question, that is just the way Domo is.
For the second part, yes. You could do this using a variable and also by clicking on the legend on the card to hide that bar.
Variables:
Legend control (i've clicked "Planned" on the legend and that bar dissapeared):
Who wants early access to a bigger Magic ETL canvas?
Hi friends!
We recently finished the code to quadruple the Magic ETL canvas size (double the width, double the height). This will be going out to everybody soon, but we wanted to give some of you early access and let you play around with it before we turned it on across the board.
Email me with your instance URL if you want early access to the larger canvas! 🙋♀️ (andrea.henderson@domo.com)
Re: Who wants early access to a bigger Magic ETL canvas?
This is great. I know we currently have a few ETLs where we were running out of vertical space on the canvas.
Re: DomoGPT...?
I am pretty sure it is one of the "Domo Sneaks" things coming but not yet available. The product release yesterday was just for the AI Service Layer. You can use Domo GPT in models in Domo. Chat is coming in the future.
Re: DomoGPT...?
I've checked the Alpha, Community and my personal instance and it isn't available in any of them. It may require a feature switch. I've reached out to my CSM to see if this is the case.
Re: GA4 Connection Question
@DashboardDude Your video helped a lot, thank you for making it!
Re: Complex Pivot
My incoming dataset:
My flow looks like this:
The two outputs (Movie 1, Movie 2) at the bottom are for you to debug and see what is happening.
Next I create a Rank using Row_Number. The order is by Role, Name. The partition is based on Team.
Then I concatenate the Role and Rank to get the labels we want. This is going to result in something slightly different than what you show. I'll explain.
Here's where those labels differ…
We are going to pivot based on the labels. The leader of the Team is an R1. The subordinates are R2. The row number is going to only have R1 1 for the leader. The rest will be R2 1, R2 2, R2 3, and R2 4.
finally, we limit the columns to those labels.
To get the result:
