Re: Hide Series from the Legend when Null
If I understand the question, you can accomplish this by simply using a filter to get rid of the Null results.
Let me know if you need a walkthrough or if you can provide a screenshot of your card-edit so that I might be able to better assist.
Re: JSON Pagination with Response Header
Hi,
I recall trying to work around something similar a while ago.
If you expand the 'Pagination' sub-section of the 'Parsing' area within the connector settings, Domo allows you to specify a parameter name.
If I remember correcty you can enter the name of the parameter from your header that holds the key value pair for the number of pages which is used to get the results.
It did take me a bit of trial and error on this one when I was doing it.
Hope this is useful, if not, please provide a bit more detail for us to try and help.

Re: Case Statement Help - Condition not being passed
Great!
To clarify here you needed to filter the data before applying the SUM function. In your original one it was essentially taking the sum of all the records if one of them was for Actuals.
Moving the SUM to the outside of your case statement caused the data to be filtered first and giving you then desired result.
Re: Case Statement Help - Condition not being passed
Have you confirmed the value of 'Actuals' in your data? Does it have any trailing whitespace?
Instead of = 'Actuals' have you tried doing `transaction_type` LIKE '%Actuals%'
Here's a rewrite of your logic but it appears correct glancing over it.
CASE WHEN `transaction_type` = 'Actuals' AND ((YEAR('transaction_date`) = YEAR(CURRENT_DATE()) AND MONTH(`transaction_date`) < 7) OR (YEAR('transaction_date`) = YEAR(CURRENT_DATE())-1 AND MONTH(`transaction_date`) >= 7)) THEN
SUM(`net`)
ELSE
0
ENDRe: Case Statement Help - Condition not being passed
Try this:
SUM(CASE WHEN `transaction_type` = 'Actuals' AND
(
( YEAR(`transaction_date`) = YEAR(CURRENT_DATE()) AND MONTH(`transaction_date`) < 7 ) OR
( YEAR(`transaction_date`) = YEAR(CURRENT_DATE())-1 AND MONTH(`transaction_date`) >= 7 )
)
THEN
`net`
ELSE 0
END)
Re: Schedule excel or csv export
Not sure if you're already aware of these features -- but my users have found it useful and they do what you're describing.
Solution 1 -- When you click on the title of a card you can choose an option (pic1 below) to schedule as a report. Within the next window you'll be prompted if you want an excel sheet attached with the scheduled send out (pic 2).
Solution 2 --There's also a couple of 'write out' options that you can schedule such as these connectors (pic 3 below).

Re: simply question
Hi @NevilleMills, due to the underlying architecture of Domo and data storage in general, the data removal process would not be as easy for users as say, highlighting rows or columns in the DataSet level and deleting, or running a DELETE FROM type command.
What you can do is create a dataflow to input your dataset, filter out the row(s) you don't want and then direct it out to another dataset (i.e. Unused/Archived). You could also then contact Support [support.domo.com] to request for those rows to be deleted once you have directed the unwanted data into a separate dataset.

Re: how to the find difference between dates ( in days ) that are in one column?
can you try:
DATEDIFF(`Transaction Date`,LAG(`Transaction Date`,1) OVER (PARTITION BY `Customer ID` ORDER BY `Transaction Date`))
I'm not sure if LAG() works in beastmode or not
