Summary Gauge enabled for all charts
Just as how the Spark Line and Bar has a gauge to shows the degree of change in a summarised manner, it would be great to be able to enable that feature from 'Chart Properties' across the popular charts. It provides a period-on-period progress snapshot along with showing the trends across the wider period ranges in one compact view without needing to have one chart card and one comparative gauge card alongside each other in a dashboard/page, saving space and time during filtering/data refreshes.

Badge Request - LinkedIn Connector
Since the Facebook and Twitter badges are available, it makes sense to have a LinkedIn version and many users already put in their LinkedIn link in the 'Social Media' field in 'Profile'.

Badges Tracking Gauge in Profile
For the non-reaction, tiered badges, like 'Accepted Answers' and 'Upvotes', there's not a clear and easy way to see how one is faring. It would be cool to have a gauge meter or tracking bar for each milestone in those two categories.

Number Format issues at dashboard/instance level
Hello,
even if I am a Domo user since a bit of time, I keep finding extremely tricky the setting of number format.
For example we would like to set the number format with "." for thousands and "," for decimals everywhere in a Domo instance (chart, kpi, summary numbers, hover text, tooltips, tables etc...) and so far it was not possible to find a proper solution.
Here, some issues I am frequently facing:
- in gauges cards there is a "Number Format" option in " Chart Properties" that allows to set decimal and thousands separator, but this in not present in many other card types (i.e. tables), and moreover it does not apply to hover text and tooltips.
- in "Chart Properties" > "General" it is possible to set "Decimal Places". This setting has a priority on the format of the "Value" field and it affects the main chart or gauge, BUT it does not apply to summary numbers and tooltips.
- not to mentions the "multi-value" card which is even more complicated
- summary number is affected by "number format" only if "Edit Dashboard" > "Display setting" is excluding the chart (BUT it does not apply to the hover text). So there are some little issues of compatibility even within the analyzer and the dashboard editor.
- sometimes, in order to format number as we want, we use formatted "beast mode" or custom solutions or we convert the value to string, BUT this is not optimal as it is very slow and costly in terms of maintenance.
We would need a global setting for number format that apply to every element in the whole instance, with the possibility to handle exceptions for single cards,
would this be possible?
Thank you very much,
Giovanni

Re: Subtracting Dates Based on Other columns
Hi @user027926, you'll need a combination of window and date diff functions in order to calculate the difference between the two dates. You will need to ask your Customer Success Manager to "enable window functions in beast modes" in order to make use of this.
A bit of food for thought also, doing something like (CASE when 'Order' = 2 then 'Date Ordered' END) - (CASE when 'Order' = 1 then 'Date Ordered' END) won't work as beast modes are calculated on a row basis. With this beast, either there will be values from Order 1 or 2 but won't have both captured. As a result, you'll have a value and NULL per row and also subtracting null from anything will give null, resulting in a blank output.
