Re: Checkbox Selector not showing all values?
If you don't have anything in the optional group by field, I would put the same field that you have in the items field into the optional group by and choose count as the aggregation type. I would also check the date range filter if your dataset has a date field and see which field it is using for the date range. If your dataset has multiple date fields, Domo may be choosing a date field that is incomplete, causing not all fields to display.
If neither of those fix the problem, selecting Reset Chart Properties can help as well. Also, I'm assuming there is nothing in the filter properties that would exclude one of your items.
Re: How do I remove the "Warning: Not All the Data is Shown" from a filter?
Adding a sort and count aggregation seems to have removed the issue.
Side note: not being able to remove your own posts is a real bummer.
Re: Multicolour background in multiline chart in DOMO
Hi @PankajDG, there's currently no way to add in multiple manual scale markers on a single chart. What is available is using Quantiles, which equally divides the area between your chart's minimum and maximum values (e.g. 5 quantiles = 3 regions closest to average appearing shaded). Unfortunately in breaking the chart into these regions, a single colour is only available.

Re: Newbie23
And if it's the case that you'd need to have filters applied, then yes using beast mode is recommended but initially posed using magic ETL for the calculation due to better processing/rendering of a dashboard page.

Re: How can I know the departments that have access to cards/dashboards?
Hi @WorldWarHulk, I believe the 'Department' field is based on the details when user accounts were created. If you're talking about general access, cards/dashboards shared is better than viewed in your report as there could be a small portion of users with access but haven't viewed yet.

Re: Single Value Card - No numeric abbreviations
In the General Chart Properties, for the Divide Value by property, set it to None.
Comma [,] separator in Indian format
It would be very helpful to understand the numbers showing in dashboards/Table.
[For example - we can read below number as - 3 Lacs forty-six thousand six hundred & fifty four]
