Re: how can i design this kind of chart in DOMO?
@Lu_zhang - Domo has a line + 100% stacked bar card type. You can then specify the number of series that you want shown on the left scale to get your 2 lines + 2 bars.
Re: Having both horizontal and verticle marker on a Line Chart
I don't know about the default line chart. But I can do it in a brick.
<html> <head> <script src="https://cdn.jsdelivr.net/npm/chart.js"></script> <script src="https://cdn.jsdelivr.net/npm/chartjs-plugin-annotation"></script> </head> <body> <canvas id="myChart"></canvas> </body> </html>
const ctx = document.getElementById('myChart').getContext('2d');
const myChart = new Chart(ctx, {
type: 'line',
data: {
labels: ['January', 'February', 'March', 'April', 'May', 'June', 'July'],
datasets: [{
label: 'Dataset',
data: [65, 59, 80, 81, 56, 55, 40],
borderColor: 'rgba(75, 192, 192, 1)',
borderWidth: 1,
fill: false
}]
},
options: {
scales: {
x: {
beginAtZero: true
},
y: {
beginAtZero: true
}
},
plugins: {
annotation: {
annotations: {
verticalLine: {
type: 'line',
xMin: 3, // Position on the X axis
xMax: 3,
borderColor: 'rgba(255, 99, 132, 1)',
borderWidth: 2
},
horizontalLine: {
type: 'line',
yMin: 70, // Position on the Y axis
yMax: 70,
borderColor: 'rgba(54, 162, 235, 1)',
borderWidth: 2
}
}
}
}
}
});
Re: Ability to duplicate page in App Studio
@Anna_Otake we are working on getting development work started to support import of app pages(copying app pages) in the next 4 weeks!
Re: How to remove min/max/avg from Bullet Chart
Is your Target Value populated? If I don't add a field to Target Value, I see the min/max/avg, but if I add a Target they go away. If you don't need a Target Value, you could probably just use the regular vertical bar chart and remove the mix/max/avg there in that chart's settings.
Re: FIXED Function Documentation: FIXED Add Label?
@chapman - I don't think this is how it was done in the KB article, but here is an example of how you could achieve the same outcome. Note, this doesn't make use of a fixed function.
If we create a beast mode "city_state_rank".
rank() over (partition by state order by SUM(amount) desc)
We can then filter to where rank = 1
and set up our visualization to display state on the x-axis and city name as a tooltip value.
Above is the example data I'm using to show that we are still aggregating by city/state and ranking appropriately.
Re: Multi-Line Chart with a "Stacked" Y-Axis?
@GarethR - there are 2 possible options.
Domo has something called a flex table (see below).
You could also use a faceted bar chart if your output doesn't have to be a line.
Re: SUM('Revenue') BUT IGNORE ALL FILTERS PLEASE!!!
Dimension is how you want your totals to be bucketed. If you want it across your entire dataset you can remove the by Dimension portion of the fixed function.
Re: SUM('Revenue') BUT IGNORE ALL FILTERS PLEASE!!!
@Charlie Bantoft The Dimension should correspond with whatever field you are use to group your data in the card, like Customer. If your card is not grouping by any specific field, then you can remove "by Dimension" and just have "FILTER NONE" in the parenthesis.
Re: How can I auto send an entire dataset each week?
@damen You will need to create the scheduled report based on the card instead of the dashboard to enable the spreadsheet option
