Re: Gauge Series
I think what you are asking must be possible using a DDX brick at the very least.
There are a ton of radial gauge options, can you be a bit more specific about what you are trying to accomplish? Possibly sketch it out?
Are you looking for something like this?
Re: How to remove 'page filter' sign at right corner of each card when you export a page as ppt or pdf?
I came here with the same question, and there is an option to disable these icons now, in the filter option menu of the wrench menu of the dashboard.
Symbol Bump Chart Tutorial
Bump charts are effective for showing changing rankings across multiple dates. For large datasets, consider grouping lines using colour and symbols.
How
- Select 'Symbol Line' under 'Line' as the Chart Type
- Create Calculated Field named 'First name only label':
CASE WHEN Year T = MIN(Year T) OVER(PARTITION BY Name) THEN Name END - Drag 'Year' to Y-Axis
- Drag 'Rank' into 'X-Axis'
- Drag 'Name' into 'Series'
- Turn on Tooltips.
- Drag 'National Count' into 'Tooltip Field 1'. Click on the field -> Format -> Display as 'Number'.
- Drag 'National Count' into 'First name only label'.
- In Chart Properties, configure the following:
- General -> Line Thickness: Medium
- Legend → Portrait View Legend Position: Top
- Legend → Landscape View Legend Position: Top
- Gridlines -> Zero Line Color: FFFFFF
- Gridlines -> 'Hide All Grids' checked
- Gridlines -> 'Remove Min/Max/Avg Lines' checked
- Data Label Settings -> Text as '%_TOOLTIP2'
- Value Scale (Left) -> Title: Rank
- Value Scale (Left) -> Max: 5 (if only top 5)
- Value Scale (Left) -> Include Zero: No
- Last Value Projection -> Project Using: No Projection
- Multi-Period Projection > Projection Controls: Hide
- Hover Text Settings -> Hover Text as
%_SERIES_NAME | %_CATEGORY_NAME: %_TOOLTIP1 babies

Re: DDX Form and Dataset - Allow users to edit or remove entries
@TylerMarshall I had the same issue and commented out all these sections of code which now allows all my users to use the brick. This DDX brick is especially useful because I can have my basic users (no card or dataset access) to edit it.

Re: How to update node.js and Python version?
Hi @Rushabh, if you haven't already, it's also worth looping in Support [support.domo.com] to get your answers (or for them to escalate to Engineering/Dev team).

Re: Convert null numeric values to '0' in Magic ETL
for the original use case using a formula tile and COALESCE() will be a much cleaner (and recycle-able) design pattern in other parts of the platform.
I particularly enjoy the fact that COALESCE is a SQL standard and not bespoke to MAGIC ETL.
My challenge with setting data types in the INPUT dataset is last time i looked at the feature, Domo did not have particularly strong support for error handling.
The formula tile gives you the most granular control in one tile over CAST() ing data types as well as creating logic for errors. -- No proper TRY / CATCH blocks... but better than nothing!
Re: How to Remove Duplicate rows in analyzer?
@SaloniShah is the data actually duplicated in your dataset? If so that's probably something to be concerned about if it's not intentional.
Take a look at the connector that's bringing in the data, is it set to APPEND or REPLACE?
Is the data actually duplicated or are just a few rows duplicates? If you run the connector multiple times do you accumulate a copy of the dataset each time? (if so that implies that you're running an APPEND instead of REPLACE in your connector settings.
Sometimes Domo's datasets are 'broken', to deduplicate a row, you can use "remove duplicates" tile in Magic ETL or use a rank_window tile and apply a row_number to each row partitioned on date then apply a filter. (remove duplicates is probably conceptually easier to understand, rank_window is more precise).
