Re: Case statement not working
Case statements are evaluated from the top down and will stop when they find a condition that's true.
Because you have
WHEN STR_CONTAINS(AdditionalRecruiter,',') THEN AllRecruiter
At the top of your case statement the other two below it won't ever get evaluated. Put the N/A and N/B conditions above this to have them evaluated first.
Re: Aggregate Count While Still Filtering By Time
I have taken some time and found the solution so here it is for anyone wondering.
SUM(CASE
WHEN Status = 'Success' THEN `Count`
WHEN Status = 'Fail' THEN `Count`
WHEN Status = 'None' THEN `Count`
…
END)

Re: Filter locked cards in Admin content section
Unfortunately, it's definitely not on the admin page of your screenshot and I don't see that as a field in Domo Stats or Domo Governance to be able to build a card that would tell you which ones need locking. Looks like a good suggestion in the Ideas Exchange as you suspected.
Re: Pulling String Before & After Characters
Using a formula tile you can use a regexp_replace function to extract just the domain:
REGEXP_REPLACE(`email`, '^[^@]+@([^\.]+)\..*$', '$1')
^ - match the beginning of the string
[^@]+ - Match 1 or more (+) of characters that are NOT (^) the @ symbol.
@ - match the literal @ symbol
[^\.]+
() - Store this for later reference in a match variable. Since this is the first instance it's stored in $1
[^\.]+ - Match 1 or more (+) of characters that are NOT (^) the . symbol. \ is to escape the . character as it has special meaning in regular expressions of any character.
\. - match the literal . character
.* - match 0 or more (*) of any character (.)
$ - match the end of the string
$1 - Where the value between the parenthesis are stored.
Re: Pulling String Before & After Characters
Using the Replace Text tile, do the following:
The 2nd one is a bit hard to read in the screenshot, it is: \ . . *
Be sure to check "use regex" for both as shown below:
