Re: Page filter add contains + allows "ORs"
This post deserves a monthly bump until taken into development queue. Anytime my user base wants to do an OR filter I have to create it via beast mode so they can leverage as a page filter. Not an ideal solution and fully hardcoded so no flexibility. Page filtering where we can use the OR qualifier should be a priority for the product team. I love what Domo is doing with new advanced tools and new products but we've got to have this base functionality.
Re: Page filter add contains + allows "ORs"
I believe this feature will be very helpful as "contains" and "ORs" are very practical ways to filter dashboards.
Re: User-Defined Functions (for Beast mode and Formulas)
You should suggest this in the idea exchange. To me, it sounds like what you're describing is one level of abstraction beyond what GrantSmith is talking about. Being able to reference a BeastMode in another function would be great, but being able to write a custom function that you can then input different columns (or beastmodes) as parameters into would be even better.
Okay
A_BeastMode = X + Y
B_BeastMode = A_Beastmode + Z
Next level
def Custom_Function(X, Y, Z) = X + Y + Z
Custom_Function(A, B, C)
Re: Reduce blank space in dashboards
100% agree the Domo style is very sparse. Even for dashboards that you're not planning to export to PPT or PDF, it's very difficult to create a page that doesn't require scrolling, where most dashboard guidelines recommend creating something that can fit on a single screen.
Re: Grant that will allow sharing of pages that are locked
Well that is a huge bummer
Re: Calculation error: Duplicate calculation name
It sounds like you defined formulas on the ETL that are replicated in beast mode on the card of the dashboard. The beast mode on the dashboard would see the calculation already exists in the dataset with the duplicate on the card not being part of the ETL / dataset.
Re: Dynamic Chart Height
Any update on this enhancement? Would really like to see this implemented.
Re: How to find out shared datasets
@SayyedHussain there is a Domostats dataset called Dataset Access that will give you the dataset ID and User ID along with what level of access they have (can edit, can share, etc.). You can combine that with some of the other Domostats datasets to get username and dataset name for a full look at dataset access.

Re: beastmode week start
Thank you for this @ilikenno. Very helpful!
I actually noticed through trial & error that WEEK(`Date Column`) appears to give the same result as WEEK(`Date Column`,22) where the weeks start on Monday. Good to know.
Re: Pivot Table Total Column Position
THIS! This feature would improve the user experience extensively as scrolling would get minimized in case of pivot table with high number of Value columns.
