Re: How can I auto send an entire dataset each week?
You can attach a dataset to a scheduled report as an excel/csv file
Re: How can I auto send an entire dataset each week?
If your dataset is less than 5MB you can attach a CSV as an attachment:
You could also probably utilize workflows if the above option doesn't work for you.
Re: Has Anyone Set Up Domo Alerts to Identify Long Running Dataflows?
The easiest, but perhaps not most efficient, way would be to utilize Domostats datasets, specifically the DataSets report. You can use the Last Run date time field and then a datediff/timediff and set logic in a beastmode that if the time difference between the current time and last updated date/time is beyond a certain threshold to trigger an alert.
Re: DOMO Mobile APP refresh(lose filters) when another app is briefly open
Hello Team,
We have also observed the same behaviour and because of that usability of the dashboard is decreasing significantly.
Re: Editor Access to Share Filter Views (Without having access to manage or delete cards/pages)
This is causing major headaches in my organization. Normal users being able to share filter views with specific groups or other users would be a really big deal. The issue with granting it as an editor/admin right now is significant.
Re: Create a Line Chart that shows the different series while also showing the aggregate of the series?
I think @GrantSmith's suggestion is probably the best way to do this. If you only have a few country values in your dataset, though, you could also do this by building beast modes for the metric for each country one at a time, then a total beast mode, and plotting them all together.
Re: Create a Line Chart that shows the different series while also showing the aggregate of the series?
You could take your entire dataset, set the series column value to 'Grand Total' and then stack that with your original dataset so you then have a Grand Total value in your series to get the format you're looking for.
Re: How can i subtract current values from previous week values?
Assuming your data will always be grouped by week, you could use a lag function. You would use a Rank & Window tile to achieve this in ETL. One thing to keep in mind, is that lag will always go to the last value, so if you are missing data for a week, it would go back 2 weeks. If you want to avoid this, you will need to fill in your missing weeks by joining up a date dimension table.
Here is an example of how you could set it up.
Which yields the following
