Is there any information on what the credit cost will be after 1st January? There's nothing on the Consumption Terms and we're hesitant to start using it without more transparency around the longer term costing.

On your data flow, check the schedule to make sure it is scheduled. It may be set to manual, which requires manually triggering. If the log shows the data flow ran recently but you still don't have data, you probably need to verify the data source has data. Or that the process isn't filtering out your data or otherwise preventing data movement.
You don't mention how your process is running. It may require reauthorization.

An easy way to get accurate counts of this is to break up your lists into individual items, with each item in its own row. You can do this dynamically in Magic ETL using this process:

I am not a fan of regex as I find it difficult to read, maintain and troubleshoot. I would suggest the following:
Take this example:
I use the formula tile and start by using the RIGHT() and INSTR() to find the starting position of Amount USD:
I then use the SPLIT_PART() function to look for the amount by getting the string after the third space and stops when it gets to the fourth space. This eliminates all the text after the amount.
Finally, I format it as a decimal by replacing the comma with nothing and then using TRY_CAST() function to safely convert it.

I'd recommend switching your logic over to a Magic ETL. MySQL runs on 5.6 which is an older version and due to the nature of those dataflows they run sequentially and can run much slower. I've seen Magic ETL dataflows with the same logic take up to 90% less time to execute.

Glad to hear you got it resolved.
For anyone not aware, under Admin > Toolkit, there's a scheme management capability to modify a dataset's field types. But I use it as a last resort; when I can't seem to get Domo to accept my field types on import.
Re: Filters not displaying all data present in the dataset used.
The only time a filter wouldn't apply to specific rows would be if PDP has been applied. Also check that the values are matching for row excluded and filter value applied. Ensure that no filter exceptions exist for that card on the dashboard and that the filter field matches exactly the field on the card.
