Re: Magic ETL join operators
@dacorson Currently, Magic ETL does not provide this directly. You can get around this by adding a constant before your join and then filtering after your join. This is how I solved it when I need to use a BETWEEN operator on my join but you can't do that directly in Magic ETL. You can see an example of how it was done in this thread.
Is there a way to disable Domo logo and branding in scheduling reports?
Hi, I was wondering if there's a way to disable Domo logo and branding in scheduled reports. We have third party clients whom we would like to send scheduled reports on daily/weekly/monthly basis directly out of Domo. However, due to the sensitive nature of our business, we would have to disable in sort of branding except our own company's logo. Is that possible?
Thank you.

Branding/Style Templates
Is there a way to apply a Brand Template to the entire instance so that users are building their cards with the Corporate Branding (color palette, fonts, etc)?
Re: Ordering Pages/Sub-Pages for other users
@Jaketh13 thanks for this - you should put an idea in the Ideas Exchange to make this something admins can control without the workaround. Would be happy to upvote if you do!
Re: pyDOMO Create users based on existing dataset
Have you tried passing in the id of your custom role instead of the string name?
Re: Trim 2 characters from right side of string using Workbench
You can do a calculated field and then use Left and Length to remove the last 2 characters. Would look like this:
LEFT('field',LEN('field')-2)
Re: MS SQL Server Writeback Connector
The answer is yes it can! My issue was that the Domo IP Addresses were not whitelisted for access to the server. The IP Address list can be found here - https://domohelp.domo.com/hc/en-us/articles/360043630093-Whitelisting-IP-Addresses-for-Connectors
May be helpful for someone else in the future.

Re: Possible to filter on one dataset based on the results of another dataset in a page?
@user018766 "if I include a user details for every activity, the dataset will be too large" how do you know that statement is true?
by too large do you mean "too many columns" or "too many rows"? because from the Domo architecture perspective, neither statement is true.
"I have an operation where a million rows are collapsed into 5 million and that takes 45 minutes" are you using ETL to transform a 5M to 1M? if so which engine are you using? because 45 minute + Magic ETL 2.0 should be fine. And ideally if all you're doing is Joining datasets, consider Dataset Views (it's a beta talk to your CSM) or Fusions (part of General Availability) the upside of views is they execute in the database layer and update virtually instantaneously when the underlying data updates.
"By filtering on a column in the first table, country for example, is it possible to then have it tie up the IDs corresponding to the country that I have filtered on to the activities in the other table? " ... just JOIN your dataset.
Re: Box advanced connector multiple excel files
If you want to pull 3 different files from somewhere, you have to build three different connections, one for each file. This is the case for any connection type, SharePoint, sftp, Workbench. Each file needs its own connection.
Re: Exclude first Value - Rank & Window
It's a little unclear of what you are trying to do, but if you change 1 following to 0 following, that should eliminate the total in the first row.
If you are really want to previous values and next values then consider using LAG for previous and LEAD for following and then you could total them together in the next tile.
